All participant should already finish their study (Graduate in 2021/2022)
Have a Bachelor Degree (S1/D4) in Engineering or related field
GPA Min 3.2 out of 4.0
Age max 25 years old
Healthy physical and spiritual
Do not have family in the company
Language requirement:
HSK Level 4 for Mandarin, or
TOEFL 500 / TOEFL-iBT 70 for English
Don’t have tattoo, Piercing, and Drugs free
Don’t have Medical History of Hearth, Lungs, Liver, Brain damage, etc
Glasses are allowed Maximum -3 (minus 3}, Cylinder 1, No plus, No Cataract, No Color Blind
Have Basic Knowledge of Power Plant
Willing to not get married during the first year with the company
Willing to work in Serang, Banten, Indonesia
Can work in a team and under pressure
