Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan minimal D3 jurusan teknik pangan, kimia, atau manufacturing
Pengalaman 1-3 tahun di bidang HSE
Memiliki sertifikat ahli K3 Umum Menaker
Memiliki sertifikat understanding dan implementation ISO 45001:2009 dan SMK3
Job description:
Melakukan kendali dokumen ISO 45001:2018
Menjalankan program HSE sesuai dengan activity plan
Melakukan patrol HSE secara rutin
Menjalankan toolbox meeting/penyuluhan program K3 ke semua tenaga kerja
Melaksanakan pemeriksaan kelayakan peralatan tanggap darurat
Membuat laporan mengenai unsafe condition dan unsafe action di tempat kerja
Mengupdate issue list finding HSE (safety patrol, audit ISO 4500:2018)
