- Monitor employee performance and attendance activities
- Handle Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, KPI, BPJS, etc
- Prepare and monitor employee contract agreement
- Prepare, develop and implement procedures and policies on staff recruitment.
- Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, from reputable university
- At least 3 years of working experience at EPC Contractor is a must
- Experience in handle recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefit, employee relation and industrial relation, BPJS, absence, and other assignment
- Familiar with UU Ketenagakerjaan No. 13
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Human Resources
Willing to be assigned anytime at Project Site (across Indonesia) if needed
