Instrument Construction Supervisor (Project Based)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To be the company representative for instrumentation and control system to succeed the project.
- Review all engineering documents and drawings for instrumentation and control system proposed by the Contractor and Vendors as per engineering deliverable list during detail engineering phase.
- Monitor, control and supervise the Contractor’s works and progress for instrumentation and control system for all project phases, including engineering, procurement, material inspection, FAT/SAT, construction, installation, system integration, testing and commissioning.
- Ensure that the Contractor’s Instrument and Control construction designs comply with the contract requirements including codes and standards.
- Coordinate with other disciplines, contractor, and client during project execution.
- Coordinate with Project Manager if there are any discrepancies between Contractor’s propose and Company’s requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years experience in related position preferably in EPC company
- Deep knowledge in the concept, management, installation and inspection of Field Instrument Equipments such as Flow, Pressure, Temperature, Analyser, Gas Detector, Control Valve, etc.
- Understand & experienced in the concept of preparing Engineering Documents such as Instrument List (I/O List), Datasheet, MTO, BOQ, Cable Route, Logic Diagram, etc
- Able to apply SCADA, PLC, DCS
- Skilled in CAD, Instrucal, Smart Plant Instrumentation
- Basic knowledge for SIL, HAZOP and Ex-proof Design
- MUST BE Fluent in English
- Fluent in Japanese would be an Advantage
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang or Merak-Cilegon
