Account Officer
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Maintain the customers relationship
- Analyze, documentating, and reporting order end to end process
- Handling customer complaint
- Coordinate with sections related to the Supply Chain (Warehouses, Purchasing, and Production)
- Responsible for Business Development end to end process
Qualification :
- Maximum age is 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university
- At Least have 2 years of experience in the appropriate field for this position (preferably experienced as key account)
- Intermediate level in English both oral & written
- Very experienced with Excel & Power Point
- Familiar with factory process
- Able to work with team and under pressure situation & attention to details
- Familiar with Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015
Staff PPIC
- Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Understand, be able to create, run and monitor:
- sales orders
- requests, purchasing materials, packaging
- delivery to customer according to schedule
- good and effective communication with suppliers
- work closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth production
- work process using the SSIR system
- daily reports on the realization of Production Schedule and Order Delivery
- Understand, master and be able to apply technical knowledge regarding:
- effective and efficient production planning system
- PPIC system and procedures in relation to the implementation of ISO 9001:2015
Qualification :
• Maximum age 30 years old
• S1 (Industrial Engineering or mastering the above technical knowledge)
• Experienced in PPIC / material planning in the factory for 1 year
• Preferably those with knowledge of non-discrete (process) manufacturing ERP systems
• Thorough, organized, think systematically and neatly in administration
• Proficient in Ms. Excel or have programming skills
• Have interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure, result oriented, honest, able to work individually & team
• Physically and mentally healthy and have a full dose of Covid-19 Vaccine
• Preferably domiciled in Cilegon – Serang and surrounding areas
