PT Krakatau Posco, merupakan perusahaan kerjasama antara PT. Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk, dan Posco Korea, Konstruksi pembangunan dimulai pada tahun 2011 dan selsai dalam waktu 36 bulan menjadi Krakatau Posco sebagai pabrik Baja terpadu yang memiliki Tekhnologi Belast Furnase Pertama di Indonesia.
Saat ini PT Krakatau Posco sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk mengisi posisi :
1. Training Manager
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum age 35 years old
- Experience for more than 10 years in HR area or others (but has 5 years experience as Manager in HR)
- Deep experience and understanding all SOP related to Training Management, TNA (Training Need Analysis), ISD (Instruction System Design), and STP (Strategic Training Process)
- Has deep understanding and experience in Knowledge Management and Adult Learning
- Has experience in Korean company and an ability in Korean language will be an advantage
- Has experience in develop Training Centre project will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Setting up annual training strategic goals (KP Training Center, etc.)
- Planning the training program
- Managing training facilities
- Designing and planning basic, leadership, and functional training programs for all employees
- Designing and planning technical and certification training program
- Managing knowledge management system
- Management of overseas local training & dispatching
- Select and choosing training providers
- Supervising team members
- Assures compliance of working process and working area with company policy, HSE Rules, and other related regulations
2. Korean Interpreter
REQUIREMENT :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in any field
- Certified at minimum TOPIK 4
- Majoring Engineering will be advantage
- Fluent in Korean Speaking & Writing
- Fluent in English
- Able to interpreting Korean to Indonesian/English vice versa
- Has experienced as Interpreter or living in South Korea will be preferable
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY :
- Assist in interpretation oral conversation and document translation from Korean to English or Indonesian and vice versa
3. Management Trainee
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from Indonesian or Overseas University
- Have 1-2 years work experience in related field will be poin plus
- Good communication skill with fluency in English
- Willing to be place in Cilegon (Plant Site) / Jakarta (Sales & Marketing)
- Willing to complete the program until finish and follow the official bond
- Able to speak Korean will be an advantage
