PT MC PET FILM INDONESIA – Mitsubishi Chemical Indonesia, yang berolkasi di kota Cielgon, Provinsi Banten, Indonesaia, memproduksi resin Purefied Terephthalic Acid (PTA) dan Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) di bawah lisensi Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation. Saat ini Mitsubishi Chemical Indonesia didirikan sebagai perusahaan multinasional pada tahun 1991 dan memiliki 3 pabrik yang di bangun di atas lahan seluas 23 hektar. Dalam bisnis PTA, operasi komersial PTA no 1 Plat dimulai pada tahun 1991 dengan kapasitas awal 250,00 MT pertahun dan kemudian diikuti oleh opersai komersial PTA no.2 Pabrik dengan kapasitas awal yang sama pada tahun 1996.
Sementara dalam bisnis PET, operasi komersial PET Plan dimulai pada tahun 1995 dengan kapasitas awal 52.000 MT per tahun. Setelah proyek optimasi proses, efektif sejak 2005, kapasitas pabrik telah di tingkatkan manjadi 700,000 MT per tahun untuk PTA dan 58.00 MT per tahun untuk PET. Total investasi mencapai USD 610 Juta dengan Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation sebagai pemegang saham mayoritas tunggal.

EI (Electric Instrument) Officer
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering – Electrical or equivalent.
- Maximum Age: 30 years old
Responsibility:
- Handle & study all technical matters especially electric & instrument facilities.
- Execute daily work to implement and establish working system smooth and efficiently by daily meeting with subordinates and other section’s member, daily or periodically patrol and follow up patrol results.
- Execute Breakdown Maintenance (BM) of electric & instrument facilities to investigate the real cause and take the permanent countermeasures by conducting inspection and overhauling work.
- Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) of electric & instrument facilities to keep the plant operation stable and smooth (minimum trouble) by making PM schedule of electrical equipment, planning and executing the shutdown maintenance and short shutdown maintenance work.
- Supervise or execute Corrective Maintenance (CM) of electric & instrument facilities to improve the system better and reduce the trouble as much as possible by investigating the kind of equipment, method of construction and designing of electric & instrument system.
- Control acceptance work such as sequence test, interlock test, motor test run.
- Design, make drawings and execute a modification of some equipment to meet other section’s specifications.
- Control budget for maintenance job to keep actual expense less than approved budget by making budget report and reporting at the monthly budget meeting.
- Control subordinate’s work to keep the working condition safe, working quality and carry out the working target by using electrical & instrument form and SOP.
- Control contractors and their sub-contractors work to keep the working condition safe, working quality and carry out the working target by using electrical & instrument form and SOP.
- Control subordinate’s behavior/attitude to keep the convenient working condition in order to keep the plant productivity stable by using company’s rule and SOP.
- Control, order and check spare parts in order to avoid lack of spare parts due to the trouble with parts broken.
- Control spare parts inventory by using the SAP system.
